Instead of relying on generalised ADHD traits, I identify the specific drivers behind inconsistent output and design systems that match the individual’s actual work pattern.

The outcome is diagnostic clarity leading to operational ownership.

Why I focus on one friction at a time:

I identify the primary friction pattern because it is usually what drives the secondary performance issues. Attempting to change multiple patterns at once is ineffective; isolating the main driver creates a reset.

When this core pattern is stabilised, secondary issues - such as burnout, missed billables, and manager drag - typically lose their intensity as a byproduct. By fixing the system at its source, we recover the capacity that is currently lost to inconsistent workflow.

The Method

Pattern → Driver → System → Lock‑In

A diagnostic, system‑install method designed specifically for ADHD work patterns in high‑ability professionals.

Week 1: Two‑Session Diagnostic

Session 1 - Pattern Extraction (60–75 minutes)

We identify the observable work pattern without jumping to solutions.
I gather:

  • 1–2 recent examples

  • triggers and consequences

  • what the manager sees or chases

  • what the person has already tried

  • role constraints

This session is data collection, not intervention.

Between Sessions - Pattern Diagnostics

I complete the diagnostic work that makes the process precise and individualised:
 

  • mapping the Pattern Profile

  • identifying the most likely Driver

  • defining the scope for the Pattern Pilot


This ensures the work is not guesswork, and not generic coaching; it is based on the individual’s actual work pattern.

​Session 2 - Driver Confirmation + Scope Definition (45–60 minutes)

We validate the diagnostic findings and define the process.

You receive:

  • Pattern Profile

  • Driver Summary

  • Scope for the Pattern Pilot

  • the constraints for the System Plan

Week 2 - 7: System Install 

A six‑week period of:

  • system installation

  • live testing

  • micro‑adjustments

  • weekly progress signals for the sponsor

The focus is on real‑world work, not theory. During this phase, I provide Operational Performance Updates for the sponsor to ensure visibility and confidence.

Deliverables

  • Diagnostic Report (1 page): Pattern Profile + Driver Summary

  • System Plan (1 page): clear actions, constraints, and the Executive Communication Framework.

  • Operational Performance Updates: Simple, one-line weekly visibility for the sponsor.

  • Final Lock‑In Report - before/after indicators, maintenance steps, sponsor‑safe summary

Measurement and Success Signals

KPIs are pattern-specific and reported in the Lock-In Report. Examples include:

  • Start Rate: % of targeted tasks initiated within the agreed window.

  • Social Deadline Adherence: % of milestones met during the engagement.

  • Reduction in Manager Chasing: Decrease in clarification loops.

  • Predictability Indicators: Stability of routines and fewer last-minute surges.

All reported in the Lock‑In Report.

The Diagnostic Scope

To protect the integrity of the intervention, the following boundaries apply:

  • Strictly Operational: This is not therapy, DEI programming, or organizational redesign.

  • Performance-Led: This is not mindset, motivational, or emotional-support coaching.

  • Streamlined Alignment: Sponsor involvement is minimal and facilitated through the Executive Communication Framework.
